KOCHEN IM WOHNMOBIL - MOTORHOME COOKING
Heute habe ich mal wieder was vegetarisches zubereitet. Es gab Rahmchampignons die ich aus frischen Champignons mit Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Petersilie, Parmesan und Schlagsahne gemacht habe. Dazu habe ich Basmati Reis gekocht. Das Gericht habe ich ohne Rezept gemacht. Einfach nach Lust und Geschmack gekocht und es war ein absoluter Genuss. Manchmal denke ich, ich hätte Köchin werden sollen.
Today I once again made something vegetarian. There were cream mushrooms I made from fresh mushrooms with onions, garlic, parsley, parmesan and whipped cream. I cooked basmati rice for that. I made the dish without a prescription. Simply cooked to your liking and taste and it was an absolute treat. Sometimes I think I should have become a cook.
