Als wir uns den Omnia Backofen für den Gasherd kauften, um auch im Wohnmobil backen zu können, haben wir uns auch das Buch dazu gekauft. Darin findet man Rezepte für den Omnia, unter anderem das Käse-Schinken Brot. Im Rezept ist Salz angegeben, dass ich persönlich weg lasse. Für mich haben Schinken und Käse genug Würze. Das erste Brot hatte ich noch nach der Anleitung gemacht. Mir persönlich war es zu salzig. Beim zweiten Mal hatte ich das Salz weggelassen und somit das Rezept für uns perfektioniert. In Kombination mit einem selbst gemachten Salat, ein perfektes Gericht, für das man nur eine Herdplatte benötigt. Salat machen wir meist soviel, dass er für zwei Tage reicht. So kann man am nächsten Tag einfach noch ein paar Würste oder Fleisch zu Grillen.
